Francisco Miguel Rodero Blánquez
ITS Manager
Francisco Rodero has a degree in Informatics Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC-BarcelonaTech).
He joined CENIT for first time in 2009 as Computer Sciences Senior Engineer and from 2014 he is the ITS manager in CENIT. At CENIT he has participated in projects mainly related with simulation and mobility models. Prior to his arrival at CENIT he worked during 7 years at the INDRA group mainly working in projects related with Satellite Navigation Systems and operations simulation for transport terminals. His areas of expertise include simulation and modeling, GIS platforms, database design and programming and scripting in several languages.
He has a Postgraduate Course in Smart Mobility: Intelligent Transport Systems at UPC School of Professional & Executive Development in Barcelona
