Matteo Boschian Cuch
MSc. in Mobility Engineering
Matteo Boschian Cuch holds the Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering and the Master in Mobility Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. He joined the Centre for Innovation in Transport, CENIT, in 2023 as PhD candidate in Transport and Sustainable Mobility in the port sector at the Port Authority of Barcelona.
In the Bachelor’s Degree he learned the bases of the aerospace sector, acquiring technical skills and knowledge. During his Master he had the opportunity to study the different aspects of the mobility sector: the technical requirements of the means of transport and their environmental and social impacts, the transport assignment models, and the financing of the transport infrastructures. During the studies he had the possibility of participating in academic projects delivered in collaboration with important companies in the Italian mobility sector.
The Master’s Thesis was focus on the Cost Benefit Analysis and transport appraisal techniques, more specifically the title was: “Models for the assessment of external costs of road accidents and emissions”.
