A group formed by the Govern of the Generalitat de Catalunya, business and trade union organizations, political parties, universities, professional colleges, municipal associations and technological centers aims to help Catalonia achieve better infrastructure. The purpose being to increase industrial productivity, vertebrate the territory and attract investments; as well as reducing industrial energy costs in the face of competition and improving energy efficiency and savings.
